Overview

CSS Profile Fee Waiver Eligibility helps students and families plan CSS Profile fee waiver conversations using an online analyzer, saved reports, and supporting articles. This policy describes the personal information we process, why we process it, and your choices. If you disagree, please do not use the service.

The primary public site is expected to operate at https://cssprofilewaiver.com (set NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL accordingly in production). Canonical URLs and metadata use https://cssprofilewaiver.com from your deployment environment.

Information we collect

  • Account data. Email address, password hash, verification codes, and session cookies used to authenticate you.
  • Analyzer inputs and reports. The household facts you submit in the waiver wizard and any generated report text we store when you choose to save.
  • Security telemetry. IP addresses and basic request metadata used for rate limiting, captcha verification, and abuse prevention.
  • Optional analytics beacons. Lightweight page-view events (path only) to understand product usage. These events do not include marketing cookies from this application.

How we use information

We use account data to provide login, password reset flows, and saved dashboards. We use analyzer data to render personalized guidance. If the deployment operator enables optional third-party cloud text enhancement, inputs you provide may be sent to that service; do not paste highly sensitive secrets into the tool.

Retention

We retain accounts and saved reports until you delete them from your dashboard (or delete a single report from its detail page) or we remove them as part of service operations. Operational logs may be retained for a limited period for security.

Contact

For privacy questions related to this deployment, contact the site operator through the official contact channel listed on cssprofilewaiver.com once published.
